It&#039;s been my experience that the body becomes ill in order to protect us from an &quot;unsafe world&quot; - unsafe, or uncomfortable, situations, relationships, expectations, etc. Keeping the peace is very often safer for us in the short term, yet it costs our health, in some way, in the long term.

I&#039;ve had Multiple Chemical Sensitivity for almost 30 years and when I learned EFT 7 years ago, I was able to quickly realize that I had MCS to protect myself.  
BUT, I never even thought about setting boundaries, which might be partly why I still have MCS! I often compromise just to &#039;keep peace&#039;...Ha! 
Lots of tapping ideas here,
