- Why people experience “phantom weight” even after losing weight successfully and how that sabotages remaining slim
What's the cost?
This teleclass series is eight weeks to ensure long term, permanent shifts and changes are produced within the participants. This is in-depth, targeted work and deals with the specific needs of each participant. The number of participants is strictly limited which allows for individual attention. Each teleclass is 75-minutes.

The eight-week teleclass series costs $249, plus GST, and only $219, plus GST, if you register by February 11th.
These teleclasses are an extremely cost effective, safe, fun way to gather likeminded people who are striving to become slimmer and love their bodies once more.
Before each class, you’ll receive detailed information about the benefits you’ll receive from the upcoming class, plus class notes for you to print. The notes will include questions for you to consider and answer before the class and will form the basis for discussion and the issues we tap on.
Each teleclass is recorded so you can download the audio for your files, or for repeated use. This means if you are unable to make a teleclass one week, you will still receive the recording of that teleclass and be able to tap along and gain the same benefits as the rest of the group.
