Now you may be asking yourself… “Can one therapy really work for that whole list?” In a word, YES! The heart of EFT is its simplicity: EFT clears the underlying, unresolved negative emotions which are making us ill, keeping us addicted, preventing us from being successful, or causing us pain and stress.
It’s commonly understood that energy flows throughout our bodies along energy pathways, or meridian channels. When the body’s energy system is disrupted by a traumatic or stressful event, a blockage forms. It is this blockage that causes negative emotions, such as fear, anger, grief, stress, frustration, and so on.
During EFT, you gently tap certain meridian points on the upper body and face, while addressing a specific problem. This simple process re-balances the energy system, often in minutes, clearing blockages and eliminating the negative emotions. This gives you relief and a far clearer perspective, and frees you from beliefs and behaviours which previously may have been running your life!
